Gateshead FC will be holding an invite-only session for its U18 Male team on Saturday, June 15th.
The club is looking for new players to join the team ahead of the 2024/25 season in order to build upon the excellent work that is already being undertaken.
The U18s are current holders of the Durham FA Youth Cup and the U21 John Maley Cup.
This programme is designed for players who are already playing at a high level and can demonstrate a humble and hard-working outlook that is appreciated by the club.
The team plays in the Durham FA League on Saturday mornings and this will be complemented by friendlies against carefully-selected sides, which includes academies.
There will be planned exposure to senior football as part of the club’s pathway strategy, which is built into the games programme.
