Gateshead FC Academy defender Milmore signed a one-year professional contract on Tyneside in July 2025.
The centre-back became a full-time member of Alun Armstrong’s squad after making his first-team debut in November 2024, coming on as a substitute in a 5-0 win away to Maidenhead United in the National League, before being included in the match day squad for a further three league fixtures.
The 19-year-old also made two appearances in the National League Cup for The Heed’s senior side during the 2024/25 season, alongside captaining the club’s under-19 side under Armstrong’s tutelage.
