Gateshead FC is delighted to confirm that Tyrelle Newton has signed a one-year contract extension with the club.
The midfielder signs a new deal to remain with the club until the summer of 2027, taking him into his third season as a Gateshead player in the 2026/27 campaign.
The 22-year-old has made 55 appearances to date for The Heed, playing 40 times during the 2024/25 season before injury limited his impact across the past campaign, with Newton tallying a further 15 games across all competitions last term.
