Gateshead will play South Shields in the FA Youth Cup second round qualifying on Thursday, October 5 (7pm kick off).
The fixture will be hosted at the Hebburn Sports Ground, with Gateshead International Stadium playing host to the first team’s National League fixture against Wealdstone on Tuesday followed by Newcastle United U19s’ UEFA Youth League clash against PSG on Wednesday.
Ian Skinner’s side will face South Shields at the second round qualifying stage of the competition for the second consecutive season, having previously faced The Mariners away from home in September 2022.
