A number of first-team players and staff members are taking part in Movember this month, in partnership with Nuffield Health Newcastle.
Movember is the leading charity aiming to change the face of men’s health by raising funds and awareness towards mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Since its creation in 2003, Movember has become a global phenomenon with over six million ‘Mo Bros and Mo Sisters’ opting to grow a moustache during November, growing from the original 30 in Australia 18 years ago.
This November, first-team players Adam Campbell, Alex Nicholson, Greg Olley and Robbie Tinkler have joined the movement alongside club officials Dylan Byrne, James Rushmore and Mark Walton with all proceeds going towards global men’s health partners.
