Gateshead will host Durham United in the Frank Pattison Challenge Cup first round.
The tie will be played at Gateshead International Stadium on Wednesday, October 8 (7:30pm kick off), with the visitors progressing to this stage of the competition thanks to a 6-1 win away to South Shields in the previous round.
