Kenton Richardson has been voted as our October Player of the Month!
The defender held out against competition from Ed Francis and Stephen Wearne in the supporter-held vote to earn his first Player of the Month award for the club since arriving in the summer of 2022.
Richardson recorded his 50th Gateshead appearance last weekend having played in all but one of our 17 National League fixtures so far this season, and also scored his second goal of the season in a two-goal comeback away to Rochdale last week.
The centre-back played every minute across all competitions for The Heed in October, and kept a clean sheet at Stourbridge to help his side into the Emirates FA Cup first round.
