Gateshead FC is delighted to confirm the signing of Leicester City forward Kian Pennant on an initial one-month loan, subject to league & FA approval.
The 21-year-old joins The Heed until Sunday, November 23 in his second season as a professional, having signed a contract with Leicester City in the summer of 2024 after originally joining the club’s academy in its Foundation phase at U9 level.
Pennant is a former team-mate of Ethan Fitzhugh’s, with the pair involved in 33 matches together with The Foxes at U18 and U21 level from 2019 to 2023, and the former has now racked up over 100 games with Leicester City’s academy sides.
