Hugo Djassi has made the decision to step down from his managerial role with Gateshead Ladies for personal reasons.
Djassi joined The Heed alongside manager Carl Morrison in September 2022, with the duo taking charge of Gateshead Ladies ahead of their first season in the NERWFL, in which they finished fifth.
“Hugo has had a massively positive impact,” said Morrison.
“He has been very popular with all of the players, and he has always been there if anybody has needed help with on-field or off-field issues.
“He’s been very committed to the cause and he has lived and breathed it, so he’s going to be a big miss.”
