Gateshead FC can confirm that Luke Daley’s loan deal has been extended until Sunday, November 13.
The left-back joined on an initial 28-day youth loan from EFL Championship side Huddersfield Town on September 17 and has started all six fixtures since then, as well being named as Man of the Match following our home fixture against Altrincham.
“You can see Luke’s quality, he’s got it in abundance,” said player-manager, Mike Williamson.
“He’s here to cut his teeth and learn his craft, he’s got a very high ceiling and he’s here doing the groundwork for that.
“We’re really pleased to extend [the loan deal] and hopefully he can keep performing to the levels he has been.”
