Radcliffe arrived on loan from Derby County in September in a deal until January 1, 2025.
The centre-back joined Derby in the summer of 2023, and has since made one first team appearance in the EFL Trophy alongside playing in the Premier League 2 for The Rams’ under 21 side, where he played alongside former Heed loanee Dajaune Brown and current forward Owen Oseni.
The 20-year-old spent the 2022/23 season on loan at Banbury United from Burton Albion and made 42 appearances in the National League North for The Puritans, as well as playing against Gateshead in The Heed’s 1-0 FA Trophy quarter-final win over Banbury in February 2023.
Radcliffe was named as Gateshead’s Player of the Month in September 2024, scoring in consecutive games against Boston United and Southend United in addition to keeping a clean sheet in Gateshead’s 2-0 win over The Pilgrims.
