Tripp joined Gateshead on loan from MK Dons for the remainder of the 2024/25 season in January 2025.
The 18-year-old made the temporary move to Tyneside to link up with Carl Magnay’s side, for whom Tripp appeared under at MK Dons earlier this season.
The defender has made seven first team appearances for MK Dons during the current campaign, and was named as the club’s September Player of the Month after starting three consecutive League Two fixtures in central defence.
