Supporters are advised of the following processes in place at Gateshead International Stadium for tonight’s fixture against Hartlepool United.
Turnstiles will open to both home and away supporters from 6:30pm tonight, with home supporters to access the Tyne & Wear Stand via turnstiles one and two as normal.
Gateshead International Stadium is expected to be busy this evening, and all supporters are advised to arrive early to minimise queuing at the turnstiles.
Away Supporters
Away supporters must enter Gateshead International Stadium via the lower field at the north end of the East Stand. There is disabled access located at this point for ambulant disabled fans who will gain access at the bottom of the East Stand.
Supporters who have pre-purchased tickets online are requested to have their ticket ready to show at the turnstile, either printed out via physical copy or on a smart device for swift access.
Cash turnstiles will be available, but we recommend that supporters purchase tickets online to ensure swift entry and minimise queuing.
The East Stand will equipped with two bar locations which will be visible as supporters pass through the turnstiles.
Disabled Access
Disabled supporters with wheelchairs will have access to the disabled seating area to the right of main reception. Please note that this area is limited to a maximum of one carer per wheelchair user.
If you have a carer with you, please have confirmation of your eligibility ready if requested by turnstile staff.
Parking
Supporters are advised that as Gateshead International Stadium is expected to be busy this evening, parking in the stadium car parks may be limited.
Parking for away supporters will be located on the lower field behind Gateshead International Stadium, which is accessible at the north end of Neilson Road.
