Match tickets are not posted to supporters in a physical format – all supporters who have purchased tickets will receive them via the email used at purchase. Please contact tickets@gateshead-fc.com if you are yet to receive your ticket.
All supporters will have their tickets scanned to gain access to Gateshead International Stadium, and we advise supporters to have their QR code ready, either printed out or shown on a smart device, for scanning.
Home Supporters
Home supporters can access the Tyne & Wear Stand via turnstiles three and four as normal, which will be open from 1:30pm.
Both the North and South serveries in the Tyne & Wear Stand will be open from this time serving alcohol as well as hot and cold refreshments. The Mick Thornton Suite will also be open from 1:30pm.
Away Supporters
Southend United supporters will be located in the East Stand, which is accessible from 1:30pm via the walkway behind the South Stand, to the right of the main stadium entrance.
The East Stand serveries will be open for the sales of alcohol, as well as hot and cold refreshments. Supporters are encouraged to arrive in good time in order to minimise queuing both upon entry and at the serveries.
Tickets are sold unallocated, meaning away supporters do not need to sit a designated seat at Gateshead International Stadium.
Parking
Due to another event taking place at Gateshead International Stadium on Saturday, supporters are advised that the stadium car parks are expected to be extremely busy.
The lower field, located behind the North Stand and accessible by continuing on Neilson Road, will be open to supporters as an overflow car park. Supporters must then access the turnstiles at Gateshead International Stadium by walking back up Neilson Road.
