Key information ahead of Friday’s Emirates FA Cup tie against Charlton Athletic.

Turnstile Entry Points

Turnstiles are set to open at 6pm on Friday night for both home and away supporters to enter Gateshead International Stadium.

Home supporters with tickets for the Tyne and Wear Stand will enter through turnstiles one, two, three and four.

Home supporters with tickets for the South Terrace will enter through turnstiles seven and eight, which are accessed by following the path to the right of the main reception. Supporters with accessible tickets should use turnstile six to enter the stadium

Away supporters will access the lower field by using gate 22 and will then cross the lower field to access the East Stand via gate 15.

Entering Gateshead International Stadium

Supporters are simply required to show the ticket attached to their confirmation email, either via a smartphone or printed copy, to enter Gateshead International Stadium on Friday evening.

We advise supporters to have their QR code ready as soon as they arrive at the turnstiles to ensure swift scanning and entry to the stadium.

If there are any issues in scanning your ticket upon arrival you will be referred to Gateshead International Stadium’s main reception.

Tickets are not posted out to home or away supporters and all attendees will enter via scanning on the turnstiles.

We advise all supporters to arrive in good time to minimise queuing ahead of the 7:45pm kick off.

Refreshments & Club Shop

Home supporters in the South Terrace and away supporters in the East Stand will have access to hot food and drink in the concession stands.

Home supporters in the Tyne & Wear Stand will be able to access the usual services in the North and South concourses as well as in the Mick Thornton Suite.

The club shop will be open on Friday night and is located near the turnstiles via the double doors to the sports hall.

Supporter Parking

On-site parking is not available to the public on Friday night and the lower field will also be unavailable for parking due to broadcaster requirements.

Blue badge holders will be able to use the on-site parking though spaces cannot be guaranteed, and so those wishing to utilise this should arrive as early as possible.
