Pay on the day will be available, but supporters are advised to purchase online in advance to reduce queues on match day.

Away supporters are situated in the Hartlepool Cable Services Stand (also known as the Rink End), with turnstiles to open at 1:30pm. This is an unallocated, all-seated stand that has a maximum capacity 800. There is no terraced area available for away supporters.

There is space for seven wheelchair users (plus carers) within the stand. Wheelchair entry for away fans is on the West Stand through the car park (Acland Homes Stand side).

The stand is located on Clarence Road and the turnstiles are adjacent to the main office building, ticket office and shop.

To ease congestion on busy games, fans may be allocated seating on arrival by stewards as they arrive into the stand.

Food & Drink

There is a catering outlet inside the away end at The Prestige Group Stadium that serves a selection of hot and cold snacks, with a bar facility also available in the away stand. Supporters should note that these facilities are card only.

Away supporters are also welcome in The Centenary Suite pre-match, which is located on Clarence Road.
