Gateshead FC is delighted to announce the signing of Will Harris.
Harris has signed a one-year deal at Gateshead International Stadium, with the option of a second year available at the club’s discretion.
The South Shields-born striker joins following a two-year spell with Sunderland, capped by a standout season for the club’s U23s in 2021/22 in which he scored 10 goals in nine appearances.
The 21-year-old made his senior debut for The Black Cats in October 2021, starting a Papa John’s Trophy fixture against Lincoln City, and went on to make six appearances in all competitions with three substitute appearances in League One.
Harris joined League Two side Barrow on loan in January and appeared nine times prior to the end of the season.
