Gateshead Football Club is delighted to confirm the signing of Billy Chadwick, subject to National League approval.
The forward joins on a season-long loan from League Two side Stockport County following his departure from Hull City earlier this summer.
Chadwick spent the second half of the 2022/23 season on loan at National League North side Boston United, scoring 11 goals in 20 appearances, and earned the division’s Goal of the Season award for his extraordinary long-range strike against Leamington.
“I’m delighted to be here, the season starts this week and hopefully I can play a part in that,” said Chadwick.
“I’ve seen Gateshead play and the way they play, and I think it suits me.
“I’ve heard nothing but good things about the club, so I’m looking forward to being a part of it.”
