Ian Skinner has departed his coaching role within Gateshead FC Academy.
Skinner first joined Gateshead FC Academy and Gateshead College in August 2022, taking charge of the under-19 side in the NLFA North Division across the past two seasons as well as providing a link between the academy and the club’s first team management.
A host of current and former academy players have been involved in first team training, included in match day squads or made their debuts over the past two seasons, including Ben Franklin, Cole Sharp, Dylan Archer, Lucas Lowery, Matty Cassap, Preston Leech and current first team forward Oli Thompson.
All at Gateshead FC would like to thank Ian for his efforts during his time within the club’s academy system, and we wish him all the best in future.
