Gateshead FC is delighted to confirm the loan signing of Birmingham City’s Josh Williams for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
The right-sided midfielder arrives on Tyneside to link up with fellow Blues loanee Josh Home, and joins Carl Magnay’s side having made a total of 10 first team appearances for Birmingham.
The 21-year-old also appeared nine times for League One side Cheltenham Town during a loan spell last season, after playing seven times in the Championship for his parent club during the 2022/23 season.
“I’m delighted to be here to be honest,” said Williams.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity the gaffer has given me, and I’m just going to go out there and play my best for the team.
“I’m just excited to get out there and show everyone what I can do.”
