The midfielder put pen to paper on a two-year contract with the club in July 2021 following a spell with Gateshead FC Academy.
Pani’s first season in professional football ended in silverware as Gateshead lifted the National League North title, with the youngster making 14 appearances.
Loan spells at Morpeth Town and Blyth Spartans followed in the 2022/23 campaign, before he was re-called to Tyneside to make 10 appearances and help Gateshead secure National League safety, scoring his first professional goal in the process and securing a further two-year deal until 2025.
Pani played four times for Gateshead during the 2023/24 season, as well as spending time on loan at Workington.
