Left the club in June 2022.
Aplin joined the club in September 2020 after a successful trial period during pre-season.
Adept in either defence or midfield, Aplin spent time as a scholar with Newcastle United until the age of 18 and has also appeared for Northern League Division One side North Shields.
Aplin made one appearance during the 2020/21 season and re-signed with the club for the following campaign, before heading out on loan to Hebburn Town in June 2021.
