Adam Desbois has joined Carlisle United for an undisclosed fee.
The goalkeeper heads to Brunton Park on a permanent deal after spending five months at Gateshead, originally signing from Slough Town in March and going on to make 13 appearances in total for The Heed.
Desbois was a key figure in Gateshead’s late season turnaround last term, helping The Heed stay in the Enterprise National League against the odds with a number of standout performances.
