Adam Campbell has been named as your Player of the Month for August 2022.
The forward earned 37% of the fan vote to be named the Gateshead’s first Player of the Month of the 2022/23 season, following an impressive start to life in the Vanarama National League.
Campbell led the club’s scoring charts in August with three goals in six league games, netting against Dagenham & Redbridge on the opening day before adding to his account with strikes against Barnet and Notts County.
He also took home one Man of the Match award following an industrious display against Barnet, with The Heed coming from two goals behind to earn a 2-2 draw at Gateshead International Stadium.
