The Newcastle-born midfielder arrived in August on a short-term loan deal from EFL League Two side Crawley Town until December 31, 2022.
The 23-year-old came through the academy systems at Newcastle United and Nottingham Forest before a loan move to Harrogate Town in 2020, for whom he made his senior debut in the FA Trophy.
Gallacher joined League One outfit Burton Albion in the summer of 2020 and went on to make 12 appearances for The Brewers, before joining Crawley Town the following summer and making five appearances in all competitions.
